What are your towels made out of?
Our towels are made of 100% eucalyptus plant viscose. To produce the towels, eucalyptus is harvested from managed plantations, then broken down into chips that are then washed and cleaned. The chips are dissolved which in turn results into viscose, and then sent through a spinneret which produces the soft, cellulose fibers. These fibers are then stretched and pressed, turning them into naturally white-colored towels for you to enjoy.
How are the towels different to facial tissues and paper towels?
The fabric of our towels is different than the fabric of facial tissues and paper towels. Our towels are made from premium viscose which possesses a softer fabric, highly absorbent material along with a slight stretch texture.
All of these factors result in a durable towel that is hard to tear, making it ideal for skincare and by far more gentle on your skin than a paper towel.
Is there a scent or fragrance associated with your towel?
Our towels are made without adding any fragrance or scent to them as we aim to provide a natural product for your skin.
How long does it take to deliver bamteek products?
Orders placed before 12 pm will be delivered same day across the UAE.
Orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered the following day.
What are your shipping charges in the UAE?
We offer same-day free delivery on orders above AED 135.
Orders under AED 135 are subjected to an AED 15 delivery charge.
What is the size and dimension of the towel?
Our towels are large sized and can cover the entire face.
How are your towels sustainable if they are disposable?
Bamteek acknowledges the importance of environmentally friendly products and manufacturing procedures. Our towels are 100% biodegradable and compostable. We do not use any additive chemicals or fabrics in our towels that do not biodegrade.
Even though you will dispose the towel after use, it biodegrades over time making them a sustainable option for the environment.

Do you ship and deliver to countries outside the UAE?
While it is in our near-term plan to deliver across the GCC, we are currently delivering in the UAE only at this stage.
That being said, we are happy to take some regional orders based on a minimum order value. Please reach out to us on support@bamteek.com and our team will try their best to accommodate your request.
